My Takeaways from The Law of Attraction

Do not give attention to unwanted things and pollute your mind with anything which contaminates the focus away from your goals.

Anything not conducive to your ultimate goal is poison.

Every day meditate and reflect on distractions that took any attention away from your goals. Consciously discard the tendency to engage in them again.

Wherever you put your attention, that develops and nurtures.

If the mind is on sensory indulgence, those tendencies are the ones being fed.

Victim consciousness is very destructive and results in destructive consequences. 

To establish a gratitude mindset and a perspective of being incredibly fortunate in life, intentionally affirm the realization: How special and unique your existence is!

It’s not about ego or showing if you’re not boasting it around. Keep this truth within and let it shine through your face and actions. Walk with that confidence.
